Auburn Students Enjoy March Madness By the Pool

A Fun-Packed Day of Basketball and Friends

At the all-day event, Auburn students enjoyed watching their men's basketball team advance to the Sweet Sixteen in March Madness. They gathered poolside, surrounded by friends, snacks, and plenty of excitement. Chips, cookies, drinks, and more were available throughout the day. For lunch and dinner, Chick-fil-A catered the event, providing a delicious treat for all attendees.

With a total of five TVs set up around the pool area, students could watch their favorite teams compete simultaneously. Whether swimming in the pool or lounging in the sun, everyone soaked in the beautiful Auburn weather, the thrill of basketball buzzer-beaters, and quality time spent with friends.

Fun and Relaxation Poolside

Although this special event lasted only one day, the fun doesn’t have to stop. The pool remains open for students to enjoy throughout the spring semester and into the summer. Be sure to stop by the pool during the hours listed below.

Spring Pool Hours

Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
